Effective February 1, 2024, we have transitioned off the Consolidated Communications (MyCCI.net) billing platform to enhance the efficiency and security of our billing processes. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best possible service and experience. Unlike MyCCI.net, EverFast Fiber will 100% manage the billing process instead of Consolidated Communications.

Check out these answers to common questions about our billing changes.

EverFast Fiber Networks purchased the Kansas City network from Consolidated Communications in December 2022. Over the past year, several of the business operations have transitioned from Consolidated to EverFast as EverFast has made the necessary capital investments to fully support the Kansas City market. The final, and most significant, transition are operations associated with billing.

Unless you have modified your services between the last bill on the old billing platform and the new billing platform, you should not see an increase in your bill.
No, the time of month your bill is due will remain un-changed.
If you are a current auto-pay customer, no action is required unless you want to change your payment method.

If you had a myCCI.net account, go to www.everfastfiber.com/new-everfast-self-care/ and be prepared to provide either

  1. Your former Consolidated Communications account number
  2. Your former myCCI.net username
  3. The email address associated with your former myCCI.net account.

After successfully providing one of these three identifiers, you will receive an email with a security code and instructions on how to complete the setup of your EverFast Web Self Care account.

If you did not previously have a myCCI.net account, please select ‘My Account’ at the top of www.everfastfiber.com.

Be prepared to provide the EverFast account number and security code printed on your bill. Instructions will be provided on how to locate the security code printed on your bill. You will then receive an email to assist with completing the setup of your EverFast Web Self Care account.

In addition to managing and paying your EverFast Fiber bill online, future functionality will allow you to view prior bills, open and check the status of service requests, and upgrade and add services.
This communication was sent in error.  If you were set for auto-pay with Consolidated Communications, those settings and payment methods will remain unchanged with EverFast.  If you were receiving e-bills from Consolidated Communications, you will continue to receive e-bills from EverFast Fiber.  We apologize for any confusion this communication from Consolidated Communications may have caused.

Everfast TV provides the ability for customers to watch certain programming
outside of cable or Everfast TV for free through our partner at Watch TV
Everywhere. Go to www.wtve.net, provide your Everfast account number to create an account with Watch TV Everywhere. After your account is created, select Everfast Fiber as your provider on the content provider’s website or app. Login using your Watch TV Everywhere account to watch their content on their website or app. Most networks have updated their provider list to include Everfast Fiber.  Some networks update their provider list immediately and some networks take time to update their provider list. One such network that takes time to update is HBO Max.
